Yummy starter for our anniversary dinner!
Baked Camembert and strawberry preserve!
So easy and looks great!
One round of Camembert
1.5 table spoons of strawberry jam
1.5 table spoons of balsamic vinegar
Strawberry to garnish
Oven bake your Camembert for about 20 mins you want it really runny.
In the meantime melt your jam and vinegar in a pan till runny.
Simply pour over the top of the naked cheese and dress.
I put half of mixture on then add a bit more half way through eating so you don't get jam overload!
Serve with crusty bread!
